between a job that someone may do just to earn money–and their true
passion–or purpose in life.

Meaning:
A calling is what someone is
“destined” to do.

So the main message–(and Steve Harvey’s belief)–is that
everyone has a calling.

So…

It is “up to you” to find your calling.

So…

The “Operating in the Awesome Zone” aspect to this would
be…

To find something—a career—that aligns with your calling.

Or as close to that as possible.

Because then you have:

–Fulfillment

-Personal Growth

-Meaning

-Abundance

-Success

-Satisfaction

…and all the other great things that stem from being
in “alignment” with “your calling”.
