Lower belly fat–burn method

For belly fat, the “lower belly fat”
is extremely stubborn and hard to drop.
But…
There is a good way.
And that is:
Mountain Climbers
Although it works a set of muscles
groups, it is great for burning fat .
(including lower belly fat)
And along with the other muscle groups, it
does target the core. Which is what we need
to burn that lower belly fat off.
So…
Here’s how to do them:
Start in a high plank position with your hands
shoulder-width apart and your feet together.

1. Keep your arms straight and engage your core.
2. Bring your right knee towards your chest,
then quickly switch and bring your left knee
towards your chest.
3. Continue alternating your legs as fast as
you can while maintaining good form.
4. Aim to perform the exercise for
30-60 seconds
That’s it!
