The 100 pushups a day for a month challenge is stupid.
(Any variant—like 10 a day or whatever—that’s dumb too)
It’s stupid because it misses the point.
Meaning you work hard for a month,
and then what…quit?
The point is to continue.
It’s great to use it as a starting point,
but you need to continue.
Don’t stop when the month is up.
That’s dumb.
Because, then what is the point?
Get in great shape for a month,
then quit and fall apart again?
Weak
Lame
Worthless
Another view point…
You don’t get a degree
and then throw in the towel,
do you?
No
Of course not.
You progress onward to the next level.
Again, go ahaed and use the one month challenge to
get you started and get “in the game”.
That’s all fine and good.
But…
Keep it going.
